云南产宽筋藤中掌叶防己碱的含量分析

摘　　要：目的分析云南产宽筋藤中掌叶防己碱的含量。方法采用HPLC法,DIONEX-C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,以流动相：乙腈：0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液（54：46）为流动相,流速1.0m L·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长345nm。结果掌叶防己碱在0.008~0.160mg/ml浓度范围内有良好线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD小于2.0%。结论本方法快速,简便,准确,专属性强,重复性好,可用于分析宽筋藤中掌叶防己碱的含量,为云南地区宽筋藤的进一步开发和利用提供科学依据。Objective Analyse the content of palmatine in Tinospora sinensis grown in Yunan. Methods Using HPLC method, HPLC system consisted of the DIONEX-C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.05mol/LKH2PO4（54： 46） , the flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1, the column temperature was 30℃. The UV detector was set at 345nm. Results The linear response range was 0.008 ～ 0.160rag/ ml（r=0.9999）. The average recovery of palmatine was 98.6%, and RSD〈2%. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, accurate, secificity and repeatable. It can be applied in determination of palmatine in Tinospora sinensis.It can provide evidence for further development and utilization of this crude drug.
