摘  要:目的使用紫外一可见分光光度法对荜茇药材中的胡椒碱进行含量测定,并与中国药典标准HPLC法测得的含量进行比较,建立准确可靠的紫外一可见分光光度法测定荜茇药材中胡椒碱含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外一可见分光光度法,溶剂为无水乙醇,检测波长为343nm。结果胡椒碱在0.398-7.952μg.ml-1范围内浓度与吸光度呈良好线性关系,(r=0.9995,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.93%,RSD为1.10%。与HPLC法测定结果进行配对样本t检验,结果P=0.384〉0.1,认为两种方法测定的结果无统计学意义。结论该方法操作简单,准确可靠,经济快捷,为荜茇药材的质量控制与质量评价提供简单可靠的实验方法与实验依据。Objective The determination of the amount of Piperine in Piper longum L. by UV-VIS was used to compare with the HPLC method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and to establish an accurate method of was used the determination of the amount of Piper longum L. by UV-UIS. Methods Adopting UV-VIS spectrophotometry, using anhydrous ethanol as solvent, and the detection wavelength was 343nm. Results The linear ranger of Piperine was 0.398~7.952μg.ml-1 (r=0.999 5, n=6), the average recovery was 98.93%, RSD was 1.10%, and did the paired-sample T test compared with the determination results of HPLC method, P=0.384〉0.1, there is no statistical significance between the two methods of the determine result. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable, economic and fast, which could be used for quality control and evaluation of Piper longum L.
