通乳丹对SD孕鼠胎仔体质发育及其生殖器官发育影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨通乳丹对SD孕鼠胎仔体质发育及其生殖器官发育毒性,对其生殖安全性进行研究。方法采用通乳丹不同剂量对SD孕鼠体内染毒,观察孕鼠增重、摄食量、交配率、受孕率等,并观察吸收胎、畸胎等异常状况。结果其不同剂量对孕鼠生殖功能状态影响,且对胎仔活胎率、吸收胎率和畸胎率的影响,与溶剂对照比较均未见明显差异。结论通乳丹药液在本研究所确定的50g/kg剂量浓度以下,初步认为对健康育龄SD孕鼠生殖功能及其胚胎发育最大无损害效应水平为50g/kg。Objective Study on the reproductive toxicity of Tong Ru Dan by observing the effect on reproductive function and embryo growth for pregnant rats. Methods To adopt Tong Ru Dan in different doses and compare with different groups, we inspect weightness, appetite, amphimixis rate, pregnant rate of pregnant rats and observe alive embryo rate, abnormal embryo rate. Results The experiment results indicate that it doesn＇t effect on alive embryo rate, abnormal embryo rate, weightness, appetite, amphimixis rate and pregnant rate for pregnant rats. Conclusion Tong Ru Dan doesn＇t have reproductive toxicity for pregnant rats in 50g/kg.
