摘  要:目的优选清肺止咳合剂的提取和浓缩工艺。方法以连翘苷的含量为评价指标,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用正交实验优选其提取工艺;并对比研究减压浓缩和常压浓缩对连翘苷转移率的影响。结果优选的提取工艺为加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次煎煮1h;两种浓缩方式对连翘苷的含量无显著性影响。结论该工艺合理可行,可有效地用于清肺止咳合剂的生产。Objective To optimize the extraction and concentration processes of Qingfeizhike Mixture. Methods Phillyrin as the evaluation index was chosen to investigate the influences of water volume, extraction time and extraction frequency to the orthogonal design. The influence of concentration under reduced pressure and atmospheric enrichment to the transfer rate of phillyrin were contrasted. Results The extraction process was decided as follows: adding 10 times amount of the water ,extracting three times and 1 hour per time. Two kinds of concentrated ways had no significant impact on the content of phillyrin. Conclusion The processes were reasonably practicable and could be effectively used for the production of Qingfeizhike Mixture.
