摘  要:目的研究大孔树脂纯化垫状卷柏总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法以总黄酮的得量和含量为考察指标,经大孔树脂纯化后,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定。结果 HPD-100型大孔树脂纯化效果最好,其最佳工艺参数为树脂:药材≈1:1.3,药液质量浓度为0.8 g·m L-1,p H 3,吸附速率4.0m L·min-1,用5 BV 75%乙醇洗脱,洗脱速率4 BV·h-1,经大孔树脂纯化后垫状卷柏提取液中总黄酮纯度由原来的20.49%提高至51.26%。。结论本法富集纯化垫状卷柏总黄酮工艺稳定可行。Objective To optimize purification Methods With the yield and content of flavonoids as technology of total flavonoids in Selaginella pulvinata. optimization targets, orthogonal design was used to select extraction parameters. Results HPD 100 macroporous resin presented the best effect of purification. Its optimum purification parameters were as follows: the ratio of weight of resin and was herbs was 1: 1.3, the sample concentration 0.5 g·m L-1,p H 3, sample flow rate 4.0 mL · min-1, eluted with 5 BV 75% ethanol at 4 BV·h-1. After purification by macroporous resin, purity of total flavonoids in ethanol extract of S. pulvinata would be increased from 20.49% to 51.26%. Conclusion HPD100 macroporous resin was among the most suitable one for purification of total flavonoids in S. pulvinata. Optimized purification technology was stable and feasible.
