摘  要:当前广东省科技宣传工作尽管在传播创新理念、科技政策与创新实践方面成果颇丰,但总体仍然停留在"宣贯"的层面,缺乏对受众评价反馈、传播效果评估的充分重视,因此量化地评估各项科技宣传活动的效果显得势在必行。这就需要回答"由谁实施"和"以何种标准实施"两个问题。在分析国内外既有媒介宣传评估执行机构机制的基础上,结合广东省的实际情况,为全省科技宣传绩效评估主体的选择和建立提出相应的建议与方案。In spite of great achievement in publicizing innovation concept, science and technology policy and innovation practice in the science and technology promotion of Guangdong Province, the overall is still at the "explaining and publici- zing" level without sufficient attention to the audience feedback and communication effect evaluation. Therefore, a quantitative evaluation on the science and technology promotion effect is imperative, which needs to answer the two questions : "who is the actuator ?" and " what' s the standard of implementation? " Based on the analysis of both domestic and foreign media publicity assessment on actuator mechanism, combined with the actual situation in Guangdong Province, the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions accordingly.
