门诊艾滋病患者处方点评和药物相互作用分析

摘　　要：目的:为进一步规范艾滋病患者用药处方的开具提供参考。方法:抽取龙潭医院2012年1 298张艾滋病患者免费用药处方,对其中不合理处方进行统计和点评,并对处方中药物的相互作用进行分析。结果:共发现236张不合理处方(占抽查处方的18.18%),主要表现为临床诊断书写不全、药品规格单位书写不规范,分别占不合理处方的47.46%、38.14%;抗病毒药与其他药联用的处方有190张,182张(占抽查处方的14.02%)抗病毒药与其他药存在药物相互作用;抗病毒药物之间联用存在相互作用的处方有732张,占抽查处方的56.39%。结论:医师在书写处方时应提高其规范性,有合并用药时要认真阅读药品说明书,警惕药物的相互作用。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for further prescribing standardization in AIDS patients. METHODS： 1 298 free AIDS prescriptions were collected from Longtan Hospital in 2012. The irrational prescriptions were evaluated statistically, and TCM interaction was also analyzed. RESULTS： A total of 236 irrational prescriptions （accounting for 18.18 % ） were collected, and mainly manifested as incomplete writing of diagnosis and non-standardized writing of drug specifications, accounting for 47.46% and 38.14%, respectively. The combination of antiviral drugs and other drugs was found in 190 prescriptions; 182 prescriptions had drug interactions between antiviral drugs artd other drugs（accounting for 14.02% ）. 732 prescriptions of combined use of antivi- ral drugs had drug interactions （accounting for 56.39% ）. CONCLUSIONS： Physicians should strengthen standard writing of pre- scriptions, read the package insert carefully if there are drug combination, and pay attention to drug interaction.
