摘  要:针对国内传统开关阀不适用于水平井控水稳油的分层开采,设计了水平井压差平衡式开关阀。水平井压差平衡式开关阀在设计上充分考虑了高压密封性、防震抗冲击性及防砂堵技术性能。尤其是采用了独特的自适应动态压力平衡系统及电子开关体精密检测限位等高新技术设计,确保了仪器井下工作的长期稳定性和可靠性。现场试验结果表明,该开关阀克服了现有的开关阀在调整开关时泵车压力精度不易控制,多级使用时造成开关误动作的不足,提高了水平井找水的效率和准确性。Differential-pressure balance switching valve in horizontal well has been developed, since conven- tional switching valves in China are not suitable for production in different layers to stabilize oil production and min- imize water production. It is designed with considerations to high-pressure sealing, vibration/impact resistance and prevention of sand blocks. By using the unique self-adapting dynamic balancing system, fine detection & limitation for electric switch and other state-of-art technologies, the valve can ensure the long-term stability and reliability of instruments in downhole conditions. Field tests show that the switching valve can effectively eliminate problems re- lated to difficulties in control over pumping pressures and mal-operation of switches during multi-level operations of current switching valves to enhance efficiency and accuracy of water identification in horizontal wells.
