摘 要:为了解决大功率电源中开关管电流应力较高的问题,提出一种采用脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)控制的三倍流整流零电压开关(zero voltage switching,ZVS)三相全桥直流变换器。该变换器原边采用三相全桥型结构,副边采用三倍流整流电路,尤为适合于高压输入、低压大电流输出的大功率电源场合。由于采用了三相交错并联的结构,不仅开关管的电流应力可以降低,而且输入输出电流脉动频率提高至开关频率的3倍,进而可以大大减小滤波器的体积。基于PWM控制,所有开关管可以实现ZVS。桥臂下管实现ZVS的能量来自于滤波电感,非常容易实现ZVS;桥臂上管实现ZVS的能量来自于两相变压器的漏感,相比于移相全桥变换器滞后桥臂容易实现ZVS。该文试制一台360 V输入、48 V/42 A输出的原理样机,并给出实验结果。In order to decrease the current stress of switches in high power conditions, a current-tripler rectifier zero voltage switching (ZVS) three-phase full-bridge DC/DC converter based on the pulse width modulation (PWM) control strategy was proposed in this paper. The three-phase full-bridge structure in primary side and the current-tripler rectifier in the second side were applied. The converter is preferred to be applied in high power, high input voltage, and large output current conditions. As the three-phase interleaved structure is adopted, not only current stress of switches decreases, but also the frequency of the input and output current ripple increases to three times of switching frequency leading to smaller filters. Based on PWM, all switches achieve ZVS. It’s easy to achieve ZVS for low switches of the leg as the energy comes from the output filter inductor. While the energy of upper switches achieving ZVS comes from the leaking inductors of two-phase transformers. It’s easier to achieve ZVS for upper switches than the lagging leg of the phase-shift full-bridge converter. A prototype with the input 360V & output 48V/42A was built and the results were given based on the experiments.
