摘　　要：富马酸喹硫平缓释片作为非典型抗精神病药物喹硫平的缓释剂型,在国际上被广泛用于精神分裂症、双相躁狂、双相抑郁、双相维持期和广泛性焦虑障碍治疗以及抑郁症的联合治疗,每天只需用药1次,2 d内迅速达到目标剂量范围,在不降低疗效的前提下提高了患者的依从性,睡前3~4 h服用,可明显减少日间的镇静不良反应。多项临床试验证实了该剂型临床应用的安全性与有效性。Quetiapine fumarate extended-release tablets, one of the atypical antipsychotics, are widely used in the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar manic, bipolar depression, maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and combined treatment of major depressive disorder in many countries and areas. Simpler titration allows patients to achieve their target effective dose more rapidly in two days. Once daily regimen improves the patients＇ compliance without minimizing the effect size. It is also associated with a lower intensity of sedation if taking the medication 3 -4 hours before bed. Many clinical trials have confirmed the safety and efficacy of this agent.
