摘  要:于2012年2、5、8和11月对赤水河妥泥河段的浮游植物群落和水质状况进行了周年调查。结果显示:该河段浮游植物共计7门,21科,29属,105种,以硅藻和绿藻为主,分别占总种数的69.52%和16.19%。其中优势种为隐头舟形藻、简单舟形藻、系带舟形藻、普通等片藻、变异直链藻、粗壮双菱藻、小颤藻、石生蓝纤维藻、螺旋纤维藻、普通水绵以及啮蚀隐藻。浮游植物的种类数和现存量呈明显的年度变化,8月份种类最多,为72种,11月份的种类最少,为44种;8月份数量最多,为5.17×104个/L,2月份最少,为1.85×104个/L,年平均数量为3.26×104个/L。生物量则在5月和8月最高,为0.15 mg/L,11月份最低,为0.07 mg/L,年平均生物量为0.12 mg/L。妥泥河段的水质属于Ⅲ类地表水质,为贫营养型水或极贫营养型水。Annual variation of phytoplankton communities and water quality at Tuo -ni section of Chishui river were evalu -ated in February, May, August, November, 2012.A total of 105 phytoplankton species belonging to 7 phylum, 21 fami-ly and 29 genus were collected, among which Bacillariophyta (69.52%) and Chlorophyta (16.19%) were dominant.The dominant species were Navicula cryptocephala, N.simplex, N.cincta, Diatoma vulagare Bory, Melosirs varians C.A.AG, Sarirella robusta, Oscillatoria tenuis, Dactylococcopsis rupestris, Ankistrodesmus spiralis, Spirogyra communis and Cr.erosa.As the seasons changed, the variation of phyplankton was evident .The quantity of species was the most in August (72) and the least (44) in November.The mean density was 3.26 ×10^ 4 cell/L, and the mean biomass was 0.12 mg/L.The density was highest in August (5.17 ×10^4 cell/L) and the lowest in the February (1.85 ×10^4 cell/L ).The bio-mass was the highest in May and August (0.15 mg/L), and the lowest in the November (0.07 mg/L).By the analysis, the water quality of Tuo -ni section of Chishui river was Ⅲ -level.
