摘　　要：本文从铁路车辆验收人员履行"监督控制"的职能要求出发,依据ISO9000、ISO9001标准及有关机械行业标准的条款,结合日常监督控制实际,对验收过程监督进行定义,并就过程监督方式方法及提高监督的有效性提出观点,进行探讨。Begin with performance requirements of railway vehicle inspection personnel＇s functions, combined with on ISO9000, ISO9001 standards and specific machinery industry standards terms and daily control practices, this article defines supervision of acceptance check. The article puts forward viewpoints on process control methods and how to improve the effectiveness of the supervision.
