催化剂制备工艺对烟气中单质汞脱除效果的影响

摘  要:以浸渍法制备Mo掺杂Mn Ox/凹土催化剂,在固定床实验台上,考察前驱体、浸渍顺序、焙烧温度等不同的制备工艺对催化剂脱除模拟烟气单质汞性能的影响。结果表明,硝酸锰浸渍催化剂的脱汞效率优于醋酸锰和二氯化锰,催化剂最佳的浸渍顺序为先浸Mn,后浸Mo,最佳反应温度和焙烧温度分别为120℃和400℃。A series of molybdenum doped manganese oxide/attapulgite catalyst were prepared by dipping method. The effects of preparation method such as precursor, impregnation sequence and calcinations temperature which influenced the Hg0 removal efficiency from simulated flue gas were studied by a laboratory-scale fixed-bed reactor system. The results shows that the catalyst prepared with manganese nitrate exhibits higher removal efficiency than catalyst prepared with manganese acetate and manganese chloride dehydrate. The best impregnation sequence is first dipping Mn, later Mo, and the optimal reaction temperature and calcinations temperature are 120℃ and 400℃ respectively.
