摘　　要：氢氮气压缩机是合成氨生产中的关键设备之一,为气体输送或化学反应提供动力,氢氮气压缩机的运行效率决定着氨合成过程中成本的主要因素。分析合成氨装置运行中,造成氢氮气压缩机打气量低的原因,并采取相应措施,提高氢氮气压缩机的打气量,达到提高合成氨产量的目的。Hydrogen nitrogen compressor is one of the key equipments in synthetic ammonia production, which can provide power for gas pumping and chemical reaction, the operating efficiency of hydrogen nitrogen compressor is the main factor determining the cost of ammonia synthesis process. In this paper, the reason of causing low capacity of hydrogen nitrogen compressor in the process of synthetic ammonia unit operating is analyzed and the corresponding measure of increasing the capacity is adopted to achieve the pur- pose of improving the production of synthetic ammonia.
