摘  要:传统的供电可靠性评估方法是以准确的配电网结构和多年的元件可靠性历史数据为基础进行评估,难以实现对城市配电网规划方案的供电可靠性评估。为此本文提出一种基于动态模糊神经网络的配电网规划供电可靠性评估方法,首先对供电可靠性的影响因素进行分析,建立供电可靠性评价指标体系,然后利用动态模糊神经网络对规划目标年的供电可靠性进行评估,算例表明,该方法是有效的。Conventional methods of power supply reliability evaluation are based on accurate structure oi me uJs- tribution network and historical elements reliability data of many years, so it is difficult to evaluate power supply reliability for city distribution network planning. A method for power supply reliability evaluation of distribution network planning based on dynamic fuzzy neural network was presented. Firstly, influence factors of reliability were analyzed, and index system of reliability was established. Then, dynamic fuzzy neural network was used to evaluate power supply reliability in target year. Finally, the method was tested on real cases, and test results have shown its effectiveness.
