摘 要:运用KJ327型矿山压力监测系统、尤洛卡和压力表3种设备,联合监测元堡煤矿综放工作面直接顶初次来压、基本顶初次来压和第1次周期来压过程中矿压显现数据,分析不同工况下压力显现特点,结合液压支架的具体结构,分析工作面开采过程中液压支架与外载大小及作用位置,结果表明元堡煤矿液压支架所承受载荷范围为6550~13110k N,合力位置距煤壁3501~5108mm,能够满足工作面支护的需要。Applying KJ327, UROICA and pressure gage to monitoring pressure data in the process of immediate roof first caving, basic roof first weighting and 1 st periodical weighting in full-mechanized caving mining face of Yuanbao Colliery. Underground pressure behav-ior characteristic under different working states was analyzed. External load magnitude and action location of powered support in mining was analyzed. Result showed that load range bear by powered support was 6550-13110kN in Yuanbao Colliery, the distance between re-sultant force position and coal wall was 3501-5108mm, which could meet supporting requirement of mining face.
