摘 要:我国煤矿大多存在着"掘进快、支护慢"的问题,严重制约着煤巷掘进速度。为提高掘进速度,改善塔山矿当前施工状况,通过对塔山矿掘进工艺进行研究,在原有设备的基础上开发了与之配套的支护设备,有效提高了锚杆支护的施工速度,缩短了支护时间,实现了掘锚交叉综掘工艺。经过应用测试,结果证明该工艺的实施较为明显地提高了支护作业水平,掘进速度提高41%,较大改善了工人作业环境,提高了效益。There is the problem that driving speed was affected seriously by slow supporting in Chinese collieries. In order to increasing driving speed and improving construction state in Tashan Colliery, by developing supporting equipment mating with driving machine, anchored-bolt supporting speed was increased and supporting time was shortened. Thus, full-mechanized driving technique of driving and anchoring cross-operation realized. Application showed that this technique largely improved supporting level. Driving speed was in-creased 41%, working environment was improved and economic benefit was increased also.
