摘　　要：以十八酸、十六醇、甘油、十二烷基硫酸钠、蜂王浆和维生素E等为原料,经过乳化作用而制得膏体。实验得出乳化剂的最佳用量为6 g、最佳乳化温度90℃和最佳均质乳化速度为4 500 rpm,最终确定蜂王浆护肤霜的最佳配方。By using the stearic acid, the cetyl alcohol, the glycerol, the sodium dodecyl sulphate, the royal jelly and Vitamin E as raw material, etc, the cream was prepared after the emulsification. The optimum dosage of emulsifier is 6 g, the optimum temperature is 90℃ and the optimum emulsification rate is 4500rpm, and then the best formula of the royal jelly cream are finally determined.
