摘  要:以酯类为助溶剂,首先对常温下不同比例甲醇汽油不分层的最小用量筛选出较好的助溶剂,并考察助溶剂在一定含量下的相分离温度,对两种评价方案进行比较,再对几种助溶剂进行复配,根据各助溶剂对体系相稳定的影响规律,优选出助溶效果最好的复配方案,对该复配方案进行抗水相稳定性实验后绘制三元相图,并探讨研究其相稳定作用与溶解度参数的关系。结果表明:在加入少量的助溶剂情况下考察相分离温度与考察助溶剂最小加量的评价效果类似;芳烃类物质的加入可大大增强酯类助溶剂的助溶效果;对于酯类助溶剂而言,其含量越高,相分离温度越低,助溶效果越好;当溶解度参数范围在18-20(J/cm^3)^1/2时助溶效果最好,尽管溶解度该参数不是决定相分离温度的唯一因素。Firstly, performances of different ester cosolvents in methanol-gasoline were evaluated based on the minimum amount of esters which could ensure the methanol-gasoline blends with different contents of methanol in homogeneous phase at room temperature and the phase separation temperature of the methanol-gasoline blends with a certain content of cosolvents, respectively. The results showed that the two methods of evaluation had similar results, and as the content of ester cosolvent increased, the phase separation temperature of the blends reduced. Then the better ester cosolvents were selected and compounded with aromatics and/or alcohols, and the performances of the composite cosolvents were investigated. The results indicated that aromatics could improve the performance of the ester cosolvents obviously. The solubility parameters of the composite ester cosolvents were calculated and the results showed that when the composite cosolvent had a solubility parameter between 18 to 20 (J/cm^3)^1/2, it showed good hydrotropy in the blends although solubility parameter was not the only factor deciding the phase separation temperature .
