摘 要:目的通过对山东道地药材北沙参产地加工方法的系统研究,筛选出最佳产地加工方法。方法以欧前胡素为指标,对不同产地加工方法加工北沙参进行比较。结果北沙参优化产地加工工艺为:取北沙参,冷水洗净泥沙,趁鲜切片,晒干或低温烘干。采收时间以9月底到10月底最佳。结论通过综合比较有效成分含量,本研究确立的北沙参产地加工方法所得药材有效成分含量高,质量好。Objective To research the processing method in the producing area of Radics Glehniae in shandong and select the best way of processing Radics Glehniae were compared of its processing .Methods Taking imperatorin as the index ,the differ ent methods of processing Radics Glehniae were compared .Results The optimal processing method of Radics Glehiae was :took littoralis ,washed the sediment with cold water rapidly ,cut into slices ,and dried or low temperature drying .The optimal harvest time was the end of september to the end of october .Conclusion Through integrated component content ,the Radics Glehiae or igin processing method established has a higher effective components and a better quality .
