摘　　要：以构建船舶工业创新驱动转型发展为主要特征的评价指标体系为途径,以科学的评价办法和指数化的表达形式为手段,研究并提出了中国造船发展指数的概念,以期达到全面、客观地评价我国船舶工业的现状水平和发展趋势的目的。This paper in order to achieve a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the purpose of the status and development trend of the level of the shipbuilding industry, study and put forward the concept of China shipbuilding development index, which to build a ship- building industry innovation-driven transformation and development as the main feature＇s evaluation index system for the way, and to scientific form of evaluation methods and index- ation as a mean.
