Performance of Preventing Reflection Crack Under Temperature Action with Stress Absorbing Layer of HDPE-rubber Powder Modified Asphalt Mixture

摘  要:为了降低沥青路面反射裂缝的产生和发展,对HDPE-橡胶粉改性沥青应力吸收层、AC-16中粒式沥青混凝土面层、6%水泥稳定砂砾3种单独试件及其组合结构试件进行了不同温度下的冻融试验。通过温度收缩系数判断温度产生的应力大小及反射裂缝情况,并充分考虑温度下降过程中路面结构所处的应力松弛状态,进行了温度作用下防止反射裂缝的性能研究。试验结果表明:HDPE-橡胶粉改性沥青层作为应力吸收层具有极好的抗反射裂缝能力,能有效延缓沥青路面反射裂缝的发生,并验证了采用其作为应力吸收层铺设的沥青路面室内试验结果。To reduce the appearance and development of reflection crack in asphalt pavement, for specimens of HDPE-rubber powder modified asphalt stress absorbing layer, AC-16 medium grain asphalt concrete pavement, and 6 ~ cement stabilized gravel, the freezing and thawing tests were carried out under different temperatures. The stress and reflection crack were judged by temperature shrinkage coefficients, and with stress relaxation behavior of pavement structure in temperature decrease considered, the performance of preventing reflection crack under temperature action was studied. The results show that HDPE-rubber powder modified asphalt stress absorbing layer as stress absorbing layer has excellent ability to resist reflection crack, and can effectively delay the onset of reflection crack in asphalt pavement. The asphalt pavement tests with this stress absorbing layer as a stress absorbing layer verify the laboratory test results.
