摘 要:针对我国电炉制磷副产的泥磷多,回收其中元素磷的诸方法大多存在磷回收率低和二次污染的问题,结合云南某黄磷生产企业10 kt/a泥磷制酸装置的设计实际,介绍了泥磷制酸的工艺流程、控制系统、设备选型和技术特点等。该工艺具有磷回收率高、无二次污染、自动化程度高、可连续生产等特点,有推广价值。For the fact that there is large amount of by-product phophorus mud from electric furnace phosphorus production in China,and problems of low phosphorus recovery and secondary pollution in many ways for recovery for element phosphorus in it,and hased on the actual design of a 10 kt/a acid production plant from phosphorus mud of a yellow phosphorus production enterprise,the procese flow,control systern,equipment selection and technical features of acid production from phosphorus mud are introduced.The proceses offers features like high phosphorus recovery,free of secondary pollution,high level of automation,and the ability for continuous produetion,which is worth of promotion.
