摘　　要：为了满足干吸塔的操作要求,分酸器要求操作稳定、分布均匀,具有足够的操作弹性和气体通道,且易于维护和修理。详细阐述了全溢流槽管式分酸器在防止碎瓷环等杂物堵塞方面的工艺和结构设计特点,介绍了其安装和维护技术特点,指出了其结构更便于清理碎瓷环、酸泥等杂物。In order to meet the operating requirements for drying and absorption tower,the acid distributor requires stable operation and even distribution,enough operation flexibility and gas passage,and should be easy for maintenance and repair.The process and construction design features of full overflow type trough type acid distributor against plugging by broken ceramic ring and other foreign matters are elaborated on.The technical features of installation and maintenance are outlined,and it is pointed out that its sturcture makes it easy for cleaning foreign matters of like broken ceramic ring and acid mud.
