摘　　要：介绍了重庆三圣特种建材股份有限公司20 kt/a液体二氧化硫设计特点和装置运行情况。石膏制酸联产水泥窑气中φ(SO2)在6.5%左右,采用国内成熟的柠檬酸钠法工艺,两级溶液吸收窑气生产液体二氧化硫,装置投产运行情况证明,各项工艺指标都达到设计要求,最高产量达到65 t/d。The design features and operation status of the 20 kt/a liquid sulfur dioxide plant of Chongqing Sansheng Special Building Materials Co.,Ltd.are outlined.In the kiln gas for acid production from gypsum with by-product cement,the φ(SO_2)is about 6.5%.Sodium citrate process,which is well established and proven in China,is used for absorption of kiln gas with two-stage solution to produce liquid sulfur dioxide.The plant commissioning results show that the process parameters have met the design requirements,with production up to 65 t/d.
