摘　　要：针对大型磷炉自焙电极发生硬断的原因分析,对不同处理方法进行了比较,通过事故处理实践总结了几条故障处理的要点,以避免事故扩大化而造成磷炉停炉检修的经济损失,并强调了事故处理过程中安全是第一位的。For the cause analysis for hard breakage of self-baking electrode of large phosphorus furnace,comparison is made between different handling methods.Through handling of incidents,several highlights are made for handling of the failure,so as to avoid spreading of the incident,which may cause economic loss due to shutdown of the phosphorus furnace for maintenance,and it also is stressed that safety comes first during handling of the incident.
