摘 要:在超声条件下以葡萄糖和硫酸铜为原料制备氧化亚铜,并以三氯化铁为氧化剂,使吡咯在氧化亚铜表面进行原位聚合法制备聚吡咯-氧化亚铜复合物。在可见光照射下,以制备的复合物为催化剂降解甲基橙水溶液,研究了复合物用量、甲基橙初始浓度、光照时间及溶液pH值等因素对降解率的影响。研究结果表明,当复合物用量为0.10 g、甲基橙初始浓度为20 mg/L、光照时间为2 h、溶液pH值为9~10时,甲基橙的降解率达到95.23%。复合材料的IR图谱在3433.36、3319.55、3003~3077及1655.15 cm-1出现了吡咯的特征吸收,与文献报道结果一致。Cuprous oxide was prepared with copper sulfate and glucose under ultrasonic condition, the polypyrrole- cuprous oxide composites were synthesized by using in-situ polymerization of pyrrole and cuprous oxide with ferric chloride as oxidant. Some factors that influenced the degradation of methyl orange catalized with polypyrrole- cuprous oxide composites were studied. The results indicated that the photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange was up to 95. 23% when the composites amount was 0. 10 g,the methyl orange initial concentration was 20 mg/L,the illumination time was 2h,the solution pH of methyl orange solution was 9 to 10. The infrared spectra showed the characteristic absorption peak of polypyrrole were at 3 433. 36、3 319. 55、3 003~3 077 and 1 655. 15 cm-1, which is consistent with reports.
