摘　　要：文章就武汉城市圈图书馆联盟产生背景和形成过程,研究并探讨了图书馆联盟建设发展的现状以及取得的成绩和存在的问题。阐述了体系建设存在的问题,提出了建立城市圈图书馆联盟建设保障制度的配套措施和建议。The paper, based on the background and process of the establishment of the library consortia in Wu- han city circle, explores the current situation, achievements and problems of the construction of the library consortia, furthermore elaborates the existing problems in the system construction, and puts forward the supporting measures and suggestions of the security system in the construction of the library consortia in city circle. 5 Refs.
