摘  要:图书馆作为少年儿童的第二课堂,倡导他们读好书、好读书,为他们提供优质的阅读服务是图书馆的职责所在。但是由于城市范围的逐渐扩大,居民住宅小区开始远离图书馆,给到馆阅读的少年儿童带来了不便;同时,受条件的限制,农村孩子的课外阅读基本成为空白。为改变这一状况,图书馆应考虑通过在区域内的中小学校建立馆外流通点,以保证少儿读者的借阅方便,让所有孩子都能享受到丰富优质的公共图书馆服务。The library is children' s second classroom, and it is the duty of library to encourage them to read good books and love to read by providing high-quality reading service for children. But because of the gradual expan- sion of city scope, residential areas became far away from libraries which caused inconvenience to children' s reading in libraries; meanwhile, due to the condition restrictions, rural children's extracurricular reading has basically become a blank. In order to change the situation, library should consider establishing circulation spots outside library in the region of middle and primary schools to ensure children readers to conveniently borrow books and enjoy the a- bundant and high-quality service of public libraries.2 Refs.
