摘　　要：文章阐述了公共图书馆人才队伍建设重要意义,讨论了公共图书馆服务性人才建设面临的问题以及公共图书馆的服务性人才应具备的特点,提出了从政策环境、人才管理、人才培养与吸收等方面建立人才建设保障机制的思路。The paper elaborates the important significance of the personnel cultivation of public library, discus- ses the problems in the service personnel cultivation and the characteristics service personnel should possess, and puts forward the ideas of establishing the security mechanism for personnel cultivation from the aspects of policy envi- ronment, personnel management, personnel training and introduction. 2 Refs.
