厄贝沙坦和氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床价值

摘　　要：目的对2型糖尿病合并高血压采用厄贝沙坦和氨氯地平治疗的临床疗效进行分析。方法选取2型糖尿病合并高血压患者78例,随机分为对照组与观察组各39例,对照组给予常规降糖治疗及氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,两组患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖及空腹胰岛素等指标均显著降低,且观察组治疗后各指标均显著低于对照组。在治疗期间两组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压效果显著,可有效改善患者糖代谢情况,降压效果显著,且用药安全可靠,值得在临床中推广。Objective Clinical efficacy of irbesartan and amlodipine treatment in Type 2 diabetes and hyper- tension were analyzed. Methods 78 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension, were randomly divided into control group （39 cases） and observation group （39 cases）. Control group received conventional hypoglycemic therapy and amlodipine treatment, and observation group was given irbesartan and amlodipine treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher in both groups of patients after treatment. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting glucose, fasting insulin and other indicators were significantly re- duced, and the consequences of each index observed in treatment group were significantly lower than the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidences of adverse reactions of two groups. Conclusion There are significant effect in Irbesartan and amlodipine treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension, and it can effectively improve glucose metabolism in patients. The antihypertensive effect is significant, and the drug is safe and reliable. It is worthy of promotion in clinical.
