淋巴细胞免疫治疗反复自然流产86例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴细胞免疫治疗反复自然流产的临床疗效。方法随机选择2008年7月~2012年8月在我院就诊的封闭抗体为阴性的反复自然流产患者86例,对患者采用淋巴细胞皮内注射的方式进行治疗。结果 86例封闭抗体阴性的患者中治疗后共73例成功妊娠,成功率达84.88%,足月妊娠分娩60例,早产2例,5例再次流产,占5.81%,所有患者在后期随访中情况良好。结论针对封闭抗体缺乏的反复自然流产患者采用淋巴细胞免疫治疗能够提高妊娠成功率。Objective To Analyze clinical curative effect of lymphocyte immunity treatment repeatedly natu- ral abortion. Methods We choose 86 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion between July 2008 and August 2012 in our hospital, they are treated by intradermal injection of lymphocytes. Results 73 cases of 86 cases bloc- king antibody in patients with negative total are pregnant successful after treatment with an 84.88% success rate; term pregnancy in 60 cases; less than 2 ; 5 cases of abortion （5.81%）. The patient as well as the good newborn situ- ation in the later period revisit, does not have other side effect appearance. Conclusion Aiming at the lack of bloc- king antibody in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion, lymphocyte immunity treatment can improve the success rate of pregnancy.
