精细化管理运用于抗菌药物合理使用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理应用于医院合理使用抗菌药物管理中的效果。方法将精细化管理方法应用到医院合理使用抗菌药物的管理中,比较运用精细化管理前后合理性评价考核指标及相关投诉率。结果在医院合理使用抗菌药物管理中运用精细化管理,对合理性评价考核指标有极大改观,同时降低了相关投诉率。结论精细化管理模式对医院合理使用抗菌药物管理起到良好效果。Objective To explore the fine rational use of antimicrobial drugs used in hospital management in effect. Methods The refined management methods are applied to the rational use of antimicrobial agents hospital management, the more rational use of assessment and evaluation indicators before and after meticulous management and related complaint rate. Results Rational use of antimicrobial agents in the use of sophisticated management management in hospitals, assessment and evaluation of the reasonableness of the indicators have been improved signif- icantly, while reducing the rate of complaints related. Conclusion Fine management mode rational use of antimicro- bial drugs for hospital management play a good effect.
