某高校附属医院教职工健康状况的调查及研究

摘　　要：笔者调查某高校附属医院教职工连续四年的健康体检状况,通过对生理因素、职业特点、生活方式等相关病因进行分析,针对性地提出健康教育与健康促进的措施和建议。This article investigated on the health status of the faculty of a university affiliated hospital from 2009 to 2012 for four consecutive years. It showed that the abnormal findings per capital in the faculty was 2.53 with high detection rates of common diseases. The results are associated with physiological factors such as age and sex, and is highly associated with the characteristics of occupations and jobs, and lifestyles. This article, through analy- zing physiological factors, occupational characteristics, lifestyles, and related causes of diseases, aimed to present measures and suggestions for health education and health promotion.
