西部地方本科院校创新创业应用型人才培养的有效路径探析

摘　　要：探索适合西部经济社会发展需要的创新创业应用型人才培养途径,培养综合素质强,具有创新意识、创业精神和创业能力的人才,是摆在西部地方本科院校面前的重要课题。创新创业教育是对学生素质教育的延伸和具体化,是为地方经济社会发展培养所需人才的有效手段,为此,西部地方本科院校要清醒认识到创新创业应用型人才培养的重要性,采取切实可行的路径对学生进行创新创业教育,积极推动创新创业人才的培养,为西部地区跨越式发展,实现与全国同步全面建成小康社会的"中国梦"提供急需的创新创业应用型人才。It is an important mission of the local universities/colleges in the western China to explore an effective way to train innovative talents with entrepreneurship meeting the needs of the western economic and social development. The entrepreneurship education is the extension and crystallization of students’ quality-education as well as an effective way to train talents needed for the development of lo-cal economy and society. Therefore, the importance of training talents of the kind is realized in the local univeristies/colleges of the west-ern China, and some effective ways to train these talents are taken in the end.
