摘 要:针织面料的压力舒适性研究对男式内衣的发展有着重要意义,男式内衣面料与压力之间的关系是值得讨论分析的。通过先前的实验基础,然后建立了"人体-面料"系统,通过Flexi Force传感器在男性人体的6个部位上进行客观压力测量,以及KES-FB1的面料力学测试。收集和分析最大压力、面料张力指数和面料的拉伸度等,得出男式内衣面料性能评价方式与人体体表压力敏感度大小,它将帮助消费者和设计师仅仅由参数来评价男式内衣面料,以降低成本和提高效率。Study on pressure comfort of knitted fabrics is of great significance for men's underwear. The relationship between the fabrics and the pressure of men's underwear is worth discussing and analyzing. Based on the previous experiments, a body-fabric system has been set up. Flexi Force sensor has been used to measure the objective pressure in six parts of the male body and to carry out the fabric mechanical test. By collecting and analyzing the maximum pressure, the fabric tension index and the fabric tensile degree, the fabric performance evaluation methods and body surface pressure sensitive degree have been obtained, which will help consumers and designers to evaluate men's underwear fabrics by parameters only so as to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
