冠心病合并颈动脉斑块痰瘀互结气郁证患者PLT-WBC相关参数的改变

摘　　要：目的通过观察冠心病合并颈动脉斑块痰瘀互结气郁证患者血小板-白细胞(PLT-WBC)相关参数的改变,探讨其在冠心病合并颈动脉斑块痰瘀互结气郁证发病中的意义。方法将符合诊断标准的90例患者按照中医证候诊断分别纳入痰瘀互结气郁证组(观察组)60例、非痰瘀互结气郁证组(对照组)30例,另设健康人30例为健康组。分别检测3组血浆、血细胞P选择素(PS)、P选择素糖蛋白配体-1(PSGL-1)、WBC分化抗原40(CD40)、WBC分化抗原40配体(CD40L)的表达。结果观察组、对照组血浆、血细胞PS、PSGL-1、CD40、CD40L的表达均明显高于健康组(P<0.01),且观察组各项指标的表达高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 PS、PSGL-1、CD40、CD40L在冠心病合并颈动脉斑块的发病中有重要意义;PS、PSGL-1、CD40、CD40L可能与痰瘀互结气郁证存在一定关联。Objective The importance of PLT-WBC related parameters in coronary heart disease patients with carotid artery plaque and qi-stagnation from phlegm-stasis syndrome was investigated by observing their PLT-WBC changes. Methods 90 patients met the inclusion criteria were divided into qi-stagnation from phlegm-stasis syndrome group（observation group, 60 cases）, Non-qi-stagnation from phlegm-stasis syndrome group（control group, 30 cases）. 30 healthy persons were set as healthy group. The expressions of PS, PSGL-1, CD40, and CD40 L in plasma and blood cells were detected. Results PS, PSGL-1,CD40 and CD40 L in plasma and blood cells of observation group and control group were significantly higher than the healthy group（P0.01）,while the expression levels in plasma and blood cells of observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The PS, PSGL-1,CD40 and CD40 L play an important role in coronary heart disease patients with carotid artery plaque. They are maybe associated with qi-stagnation from phlegm-stasis syndrome.
