摘 要:目的探讨消毒供应中心层流净化区空气质量的影响因素及管理对策。方法应用平板暴露沉降法,对消毒供应中心层流净化区空气质量进行采样监测,对比采取干预措施前后12个月空气质量监测结果。结果采取干预措施前消毒供应中心检查包装灭菌区及无菌物品存放区空气质量超标分别为6次和4次,空气质量达标率分别为25.0%和16.7%;而采取措施后,上述两区域的空气质量全部达标,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心空气质量受工作人员、室内环境、净化设备、人流物流、包装材质和采样方式等多种因素影响。要使空气质量达标,保证无菌物品质量,需不断加强环境监控管理,提高消毒灭菌质量,降低医院感染率。Objective To explore the influence factors and interventions of the air quality in the laminar purify area applying in the CSSD.Methods The air quality in there were collected as samples and detected by the Plate exposure sedimentation method,and then compared with the datum which were collected before and after the 12-month interventions.Results 1)Before the intervention,the checking times of the exceeding the standard of air quality were 6times and 4times in the packing sterilization area and the store area in the CSSD respectively.And the compliance rate of the air quality there were 25.0%,16.7%respectively;2)While the air quality of the two areas all reached the standard after the intervention(P〈0.05).Conclusion Many factors,like the staffs in CSSD,indoor environment,purified equipment,logistics,packing material and sample methods affects the air quality in CSSD.
