心身病房患者佩戴腕带依从性的调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查心身病房患者佩戴腕带依从性并分析其影响因素,以便做好心身病房查对工作。方法采用自制问卷,分别对90例住院患者进行问卷调查。结果 90例患者中,15人愿意佩戴腕带,75人不愿意;实际有78人按要求佩戴腕带,12人未戴。其主要原因为"不愿意让别人知道自己是病人"、"不愿意让别人知道自己是精神病人"、"觉得不美观"、"认为佩戴腕带无意义"以及"皮肤过敏"等。结论患者佩戴腕带依从性差,应针对患者及医务人员存在的问题,提高其思想认识,并采取更人性化的措施,提高医务人员的执行力和患者的依从性。Objective To investigate the wristband compliance in the psychosomatic ward patient and explore its effective elements.Methods 90 hospitalized patients were investigated respectively by the self-made questionnaire.Results 1）15people were willing to wear a wristband and 75 people were not willing to wear a wristband;2）78people wore wristbands as required and 12 people not in fact.Conclusion The patients have poor compliance to wear wristbands.So we should heighten their ideological understanding,take more humane measures and improve operational processes and wristband compliance according to the patients and medical staffs＇ problems here.
