摘　　要：目的:研究分析脊柱后路俯卧位手术中预防难免压疮的方法和效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2013年2月-2014年4月收治的100例脊柱后路俯卧位手术患者,随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各50例,给予观察组个性化的综合护理,并在受压部位使用康惠尔敷料,给予对照组常规护理,观察患者的预防压疮效果。结果:对照组压疮发生率为44%,高于观察组的8%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用康惠尔敷料与个性化的综合护理可以有效的降低压疮的发生,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective： To research and analyze the pressure ulcers prevention effect of combining therapy during the posterior spine prone position purgery. Method： 100 patients with posterior spine prone position who were treated in our hospital from Feb. 2013 to Apr. 2014 were selected and they were divided into observation group（50 cases） and comparison group（ 50 cases） randomly. The personalized care was provided to the observation group, comfeel dressing in pressure parts were used in this group. The normal care was provided to the comparison group, the prevention effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Result： A greater incidence（44%） of pressure ulcers were seen in the comparison group compared to the observation group（8%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive personalized care combining with comfeel dressing can effectively reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcers, so it is worthy of promoting.
