骨皮质剥脱植骨术结合锁定板治疗四肢长骨骨折骨不连的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察应用骨皮质剥脱植骨术结合锁定板内固定治疗长骨骨折术后骨不连的疗效。方法：对32例四肢长骨骨折术后骨不连采用骨皮质剥脱植骨术＋锁定接骨板内固定治疗,观察骨愈合时间及功能恢复情况。结果：所有患者均1次手术成功,骨愈合时间4~9个月,平均6个月,均经X线或CT证实。骨不连部位的皮肤愈合良好,患肢功能均恢复良好。结论：骨皮质剥脱植骨术结合锁定板治疗四肢长骨骨折术后骨不连安全可靠,利于骨折生长,疗效满意。Objective：To observe the application of decortication and bone grafting combined with a locking plate internal fixation for treatment of bone shaft fracture nonunion.Method：Thirty-two patients with bone shaft nonunion were treated with decortication and bone grafting combined with a locking plate.The bone healing time and functional recovery were observed.Result：All patients had successful operation.Bone union was approved by X-ray or CT.The bone healing time was 4 to 9 months, with an average of 6 months. The skins at the site of bone nonunion healed well and the functions of affected extremities recovered well.Conclusion：Decortication and bone grafting combined with locking plate is a safe and effective method in the treatment of bone shaft nonunion in extremities.It is conducive to growth and can achieve satisfactory results.
