中西医结合辨证护理对冠心病PCI术后胸痛的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合辨证护理对冠心病PCI术后胸痛的影响。方法:选取2008年7月-2012年8月本院确诊治疗的冠心病PCI术后胸痛患者156例,按照随机数字表法分为辨证组和常规组各78例,两组患者均给予常规用药、健康宣教等基础护理,辨证组患者在此基础上给予中医辨证护理。统计分析两组患者护理后临床症状和遵医的改善情况,应用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分评定的焦虑状况。结果:辨证组心绞痛治疗总有效率显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);辨证组治疗后总依从率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);辨证组治疗后SAS评分、住院时间明显低于常规组,前者护理满意度明显高于后者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合辨证护理可有效提高冠心病PCI术后胸痛患者心绞痛治疗效果,改善患者的遵医情况和焦虑状况,缩短患者住院时间和提高满意度,值得临床作进一步推广。Objective：To discuss the effect of combine traditional Chinese and dialectical nursing on PCI postoperative chest pain of coronary artery disease.Method：156 patients with PCI postoperative chest pain of coronary artery disease were selected from July 2008 to August 2008 in our hospital, according to the random distribution, all patients were divided into the dialectical group and the conventional group, two groups of patients were given conventional drugs based nursing, health education, the dialectical group of patients on the basis of the given Chinese medicine dialectical nursing, two groups of patients after nursing clinical symptoms and follow the improvement of the medical situation were analyzed, as well as the application of self-evaluation of Zung＇s anxiety scale（SAS） rating anxiety condition.Result：The dialectical group of patients with angina pectoris treatment of total effective rate was significantly higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The dialectical group of patients with angina pectoris treatment of total compliance rate was significantly higher than the conventional group（P〈0.05）. The dialectical group after treatment in patients with SAS scores, the length of time patients were significantly lower than the conventional group, the former nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the latter（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combine traditional Chinese and dialectical nursing can effectively improve the effect of PCI postoperative chest pain in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris treatment, improve the patients according to the medical situation and anxiety, shorten in-hospital time and improve the degree of satisfaction, it＇s worth for further clinical promotion.
