摘　　要：目的:探讨VSD(负压封闭引流技术)+反取皮回植治疗肢体皮肤严重撕脱伤应用效果。方法:选取2008年1月-2013年12月收治的140例肢体皮肤严重撕脱伤患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组75例和对照组65例。治疗组患者联合VSD行撕脱皮肤反取皮回植术,对照组予撕脱皮肤反取皮传统加压包扎回植术,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组优良率为100%,对照组为86.15%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组住院时间明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VSD+反取皮回植治疗肢体皮肤严重撕脱伤,操作简单,回植皮肤成活率高,效果满意,是一种较理想的方法。Objective：To investigate application effect of the VSD ＋ reverse skin replantation treatment of serious avulsion of limb and skin.Method：140 cases of severe limb skin avulsion injury were selected from January 2008 to December 2013, and were randomly divided into the treatment group of 75 cases and 65 cases in the control group, the patients in the treatment group were combined with VSD for avulsion skin skin replantation of avulsed skin, the control group was treated with anti skin taking traditional compression bandaging replantation, the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Result：The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 100%, the control group was 86.15%, the different was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）; the hospitalization time of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：VSD＋anti skin replantation treatment of severe limb skin avulsion injury, simple operation, high survival rate of replantation of skin, get satisfactory effect. It is an ideal way.
