摘　　要：就业观是人们在面对择业或就业相关问题时所持的价值取向。自我及职业认知、评判标准是指导就业观形成的要素。科学就业观体现为在科学认知和以人为本的基础上实现个人理想、国家发展与社会进步的统一。高校对大学生的职业生涯教育应以社会主义核心价值观为统领,从职业理想、职业精神、职业观念三个方面开展。Employment outlook refers to one＆#39;s value orientation when faced with job selection or related issues.Key elements involved in the formation of employment outlook include self-knowledge,self-evaluation,occupational knowledge and occupational criteria.Scientific employment outlook,based on scientific understanding and people-first principle,seeks unity of individual ideals,national devel-opment and social progress.Career planning education in colleges and universities should be carried out under the guidance of core socialist values and from three aspects,i.e.professional aspirations, professional spirit and professional concepts.
