皮肤软组织扩张器应用在头部疤痕畸形修复的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：分析头部疤痕畸形修复患者采用皮肤软组织扩张器治疗的临床效果,以提高我院的整体医疗水平。方法：本次研究中的病例选取的是我院于2011年5月~2014年8月收治的头部疤痕患者90例,对其采用皮肤软组织扩张器予以治疗,对治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果：90例患者手术中采用了148个扩张器,其中切口感染2例,后经治疗痊愈;1例发生扩张器外漏和扩张器不扩张的情况,后经外科手术均得以解决。所有患者的皮瓣都成活,术后恢复效果良好,没有明显的疤痕遗留。结论：皮肤软组织扩张器在头部疤痕修复畸形修复中的运用效果十分显著,不良现象较少,符合患者美容的需求。Objective： to analyze the clinical effect of repairing head scar deformity patients using skin soft tissue dilator therapy in our hospital, in order to improve the overall health level. Methods： selected in this study were in our hospital in 2011 May to 2014 August were head scar patients, a total of 90 cases, treated by the skin soft tissue expander. Then collect the treatment data of 90 cases of patients, the therapeutic effect was analyzed retrospectively. Results： 90 patients was performed in 148 expanders, including incision infection in 2 cases, after cured i cases occurred; expander leakage and expansion, followed by surgical operation were solved. All patients flaps survived, postoperative recovery effect is good, no obvious scar left. Conclusion： skin soft tissue expander in the head scar repair repair malformation in the application effect is very significant, patients with less adverse phenomenon, beauty needs.
