摘　　要：结合煤化工项目配套50000 m3/h空分设备中压透平膨胀机组的研制工作,从气动热力计算,结构刚性、密封和转子系统设计等方面,介绍川空中压大流量透平膨胀机组的国产化能力和设计水平,阐述膨胀机的实际运行效果。In combination with development of middle-pressure turbine expander unit of 50000 m3/h air separation plant completed for coal chemical project, the nationalization capacity and design level of Sichuan Air middlepressure in high-flow turbine expander unit are introduced from aerodynamic and thermodynamic calculation, strut, rural rigidity, and design of the seal and rotor system, and the actual operation effects of the expanders are described.
