摘　　要：大学生个性发展是当前大学生心理面貌的集中反映,也是当代大学生综合素质的重要组成部分。但进入21世纪以来,随着中国经济和社会改革等各方面的巨大发展,以及近年来中国与世界接轨的新形势导致多元化观念的广泛渗入,加剧了大学生个性形成的不确定性。因此,必须加强教育与引导,促使其正确认识自我,保持开放心态,从而促使大学生健康个性的养成与充分发展。College students＇ personality development is not only the concentrated reflection of their mental outlook, but also an important part of the comprehensive quality. Since the 21 st century, with the huge development of social economic and reform, and wide introduction of diversified concept, the uncertainty of the student individuality has been enhanced. Therefore, strengthen education and guidance, correctly understand himself, keep an open mind, then fully develop the form of healthy personality.
