摘  要:海安广电中心框架结构的板面标高为21.05m,是工程施工的难点。采用落地式钢管排架支撑作为结构模板支撑,在施工中依据混凝土梁的规格尺寸,划分三类,分别采取支撑方案。同时考虑模板定位、模板起拱、剪刀撑设置等关键技术,安全措施到位,确保了工程施工的安全和质量,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为类似工程的施工提供有益的参考。That frame slab level is high(21.05m) in Haian CCTV Center engineering causes trouble in construction. The floor-standing steel tube shelving is used for structure formwork supporting. In construction progress, three supporting programs are adopted according to the dimensions of concrete beam. At the same time, formwork location, formwork pre-deflection upwards, cross strut installation and other key techniques have been considered. Technique measures are enough to ensure safety and quality of the engineering that gain sound economic benefits and society benefits, and that can provide beneficial reference for similar engineering construction.
