加味芍药甘草汤配合中药熏洗治疗痉挛性肛门直肠痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加味芍药甘草汤配合中药熏洗治疗痉挛性肛门直肠痛的临床效果。方法所有病例采用加味芍药甘草汤煎汤治疗,观察并记录治疗前及治疗后4周的肛门疼痛情况。结果 52例病例治疗后总有效率为90.4%,治疗前后疼痛评分积分比较差异有统计学意义。结论加味芍药甘草汤配合中药熏洗治疗痉挛性肛门直肠痛具有恢复快、疗效佳的特点。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on proctalgia fugax（ PF） treated with jiawei shaoyao gancao tang and Chinese medicinal fumigation. Methods All the cases were treated with jiawei shaoyao gancao tang. Anal pain was observed and recorded before treatment and in 4 weeks after treatment.Results Among 52 cases,the total effective rate was 90. 4% after treatment. The difference in pain score before and after treatment was significant. Conclusion The combined therapy of jiawei shaoyao gancao tang and Chinese medicinal fumigation is characterized as quick recovery and good efficacy on PF.
