摘　　要：纠偏控制系统是纸张回卷机的核心部件,决定回卷后的纸卷边缘整齐程度及回卷机性能。介绍自动纠偏系统的工作原理及结构组成,使用超声波纠偏传感器,设计制造一种具有自动纠偏装置的纸张回卷机。纠偏性能测试结果表明:采用类似恒张力控制回卷机时,不要设定过大的张力。Web edge guider system is the most critical part of rewind machine;the performance of rewind machine and edge even level of rewind reel is controlled by web edge guider system. This paper presents operating principle and structure of automatic web edge guider;and introduces a paper rewind machine designed with ultrasonic web edge detector. The performance shows：don’t set too much tension in rewind machine.
